Museum L-A is a great place for teachers and students of all ages!

We want students to have an experience that will make a lasting impression about the rich heritage of work and workers that have characterized the Lewiston-Auburn community for more than a century and a half.

Exhibits and artifacts directly relate to History, Economics, Geography, Art, Immigration, Science, Technology, and Math.

“Links To Learning” (PDF 138 KB) is a five-page detailed guide created by our Museum Education Department. It provides many ideas for making direct applications to Maine’s Learning Results and expanding the experience of the Museum visit. Curriculum areas covered are:
