Products

Short Sleeve Performance Race Shirts: Runners must buy their shirt by May 15th, 2012, in order to be guaranteed the desired size on race day. Orders may be placed after this date, however sizes cannot be guaranteed – we will do our best to forecast the number of shirts needed between 5/15 and 6/24. Runners who purchase a shirt when they register must pick them up at one of the packet pickups and before 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 24, 2012. Those who purchase a shirt and do not claim it may request a refund. Shirts will be available for sale after the race starts while supplies last. Extra shirts may be purchased for $20 on race day and they’ll be shipped directly to an address after the race. To align with our conservation ethic and reduce waste, our race entry fee does not include an event shirt. This option is being made because some people already have enough shirts in their closet, and they would rather have a lower entry fee compared to an event where the entry fee includes a shirt. We take our shirts very seriously and only want to offer something that runners will appreciate. We are pleased to offer short sleeve, men's and women's, moisture-wicking, performance fabric shirts made from 100% recycled polyester. The shirts perform like typical moisture-wicking polyester shirts but use 70% less energy to produce. Each shirt is produced by using 8-12 raw post-consumer plastic bottles. The shirts are made by Attayne, a Maine-based company that is committed to making products that are safe for both human health and the environment. These shirts are produced, from fiber to finish, in the US and are reviewed by a third party to guarantee environmental and human health standards.

Beer Mugs: Wash down a pint of beer after the race with one of our commemorative beer mugs. Buy one now while supplies last -- they're only $5.

Performance Race Hats: A high quality wicking race hat may be purchased separately. An image of the hat will be posted on the website. Hats are only guaranteed if ordered by 5/28/12. After this date (and on race day) hats will be for sale while supplies last.
